Meet Stephen McMahon

Stephen McMahon utilizes his extensive technical, mechanical, and dredging experience in his role as Vice President of Product Support for DSC Dredge. In addition to leading the Product Support division, he oversees major dredge builds, overhauls, and field service projects, ensuring DSC customers receive unmatched service and operational reliability.

Before his leadership role, Stephen gained hands-on expertise in hydraulic systems, mechanical assembly, and complex troubleshooting, building a strong foundation for his current responsibilities. His career includes directing large-scale dredge assembly projects across the United States, including the largest cutter-horsepower, deep-digging dredge in the nation. His work spans troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and project management, with a focus on delivering solutions that maximize customer uptime and efficiency.

Stephen’s extensive industry knowledge allows him to guide DSC’s maintenance programs, standard dredge design improvements, and global field support strategies. He is committed to developing a highly skilled, responsive Product Support team that serves as DSC’s “boots on the ground” for customers worldwide.

Stephen has over 13 years of dredging industry experience and has been involved in a wide range of projects with dredges of varying sizes and capabilities. His work has contributed to DSC’s reputation for innovation, dependability, and customer-first service.
